46 oz can V-8® vegetable juice
23 ounces water
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 (10-oz) can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1 onion chopped
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded carrots or carrots cut in chunks
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoons beef bouillon cubes
3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Mix all together in crockpot. Cook until veggies are tender. Serve.
